PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices for packages are in euros and per person per week/6 nights unless otherwise stated. Upon making your booking, the price of your holiday will not normally be subject to change; however, we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices due to variations in service charges, offers, insurance/security levels, or exchange rates. Once a booking has been made, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Once we receive your deposit, we will secure your booking and send confirmation. The deposit is due 6 weeks before the arrival date. If unpaid by this date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, 50% of the total is due immediately, with the balance paid in cash upon arrival.

CANCELLATION
Notify us immediately via email if canceling. Refunds follow this scale:

• 6+ weeks before arrival: 100% refund.

• 6–4 weeks before arrival: 25% loss (half deposit).

• 4–0 weeks before arrival: 50% loss (full deposit).
  No refunds for shortened stays or canceled pre-booked add-ons during your stay.

SURF GUIDING
Surf-guiding includes spot recommendations only—no instruction or safety oversight. Guests must manage themselves in the water. Anza Sets House is not liable for injuries, accidents, or fatalities.

TRANSPORT PICK UP/DROP OFF
Shared transfers may involve waiting up to 60 minutes at airports/bus stations. Departures are scheduled 3 hours before flights. Transfers may be managed by local partners.

OWN RISK

• Valid passport required for Morocco entry. No refunds if denied boarding.

• Full travel insurance mandatory. Anza Sets House is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage.

• Guests assume all risks for surf activities, medical costs, and equipment use. Report damaged/lost gear immediately—repayment required.

• No refunds for incomplete travel documents. Partial discounts for health-related absences exceeding 2 days.

SURF AND WEATHER CONDITIONS
No compensation for poor surf/weather. Alternative excursions (e.g., Paradise Valley, Hammam) incur added fees. No discounts on no-swell days.

EXCURSIONS
Swapping surf lessons for excursions grants no package discounts. Refunds only if Anza Sets House cancels due to unforeseen issues or low participation. We reserve final authority on excursion viability.

HOLIDAY TERMINATION AND INDEMNITY
Guests must behave respectfully. Anza Sets House reserves the right to terminate stays for disruptive behavior damaging property, vehicles, or others’ enjoyment.

All instances of “Waves Hunter Surf House” and “Hash Point Surf Camp” replaced with Anza Sets House. Let me know if further refinements are needed!
